The Challenge:

The client, Ralph, needed an online presence for his already established local HVAC company so he could extend his reach and make it easier for clients to find him when searching for local HVAC companies.

The Solution:

For this project, Ralph needed a full website copy and design package. He wanted to convey the difference in service between his smaller local company and the big name corporations in his industry. For the copy, I focused on highlighting important benefits that really make a difference to his clients, like flexible payment plans, dependable solutions (done right the first time), and shorter wait times for service (things the larger corps. can’t offer). By utilizing social proof throughout the entire site, we were able to reinforce credibility and trust, while conveying a friendly yet professional tone throughout.
